Over the past two years we have rebuilt our elder and deacon leadership teams. The goal of this has been to bring about a sharper focus with clearer roles for our ministry efforts. This process continues as we rebuild our Outreach and Missions Teams. Our goal in this survey is to learn what areas we need to sharpen our focus and how we can consolidate our efforts for improved communications and ministry impact.
