If you have finished all of the tools congratulations.  There are still a couple of steps to finalize the process.

1. Please contact the people who are completing an observation assessment for you.  They may complete this online, print off a PDF and fill it out, or get a paper copy from the front office.  It is essential that they finish this brief exercise so that you can have your re:shape assessment.  Here is a link to the Observation Assessment page if you need it for reference.

2.  Fill out the form at the bottom of this page, letting us know what time you are available for your assessment.  You will need a full hour slot for your assessment.

3. Prayerfully prepare for your re:shape assessment.  A coach will contact you shortly.
